Service Description
Maintaining a healthy weight is key to optimal wellness. However, reaching a healthy weight can feel like an impossible goal. Whether this is your first attempt at weight loss or you've tried countless diets and fitness fads and failed, I can help you become your healthiest self! This service is specific to weight management and offers you 2-months of support as you kick off your weight loss journey. In your initial 45-minute consultation, you will guide me through your current diet, the things you've already tried, and your weight-loss goals. I will introduce you to various tools, which will empower you to gather more information about your body's needs. You will complete these evaluations independently, but I am available for questions and support! After you have done the exciting work of exploring your current nutrition and wellness, I will assess your needs and provide individualized recommendations for weight loss within 3-5 business days. Please note, this plan does not address other wellness issues. Every week, you'll check in to share your weight-loss progress (via a 15-minute Zoom call or email). I will partner with you to address any concerns, re-evaluate your body's needs, and celebrate your progress!
